The story so far
I'm an SF/Oakland-based product designer at Sincerely/PlanetArt, where I currently work on products that make it easy for people to be more thoughtful.
While I’ve only been in product design roles for the past 2.5 years, I have a total of 8 years of experience in roles putting customers first. Before Sincerely/PlanetArt, I helped small startups with their design needs as a design consultant.
As a customer success manager at UserTesting, I managed UX research projects for Fortune 500 companies, making sure they had the right resources to get the feedback they needed. I also was in a service-design type role where I improved the onboarding experience and customer relationship management for smaller clients.
During my years as a consultant at EY, I gained a deep understanding of my clients’ business and IT processes in order to identify problems and provide solutions.
I became a product designer because I want to do good work that makes life easier and better for everyone.
AC keeps it cool 😎
I was born and raised in San Francisco, and now I live in Oakland. In my free time, I like to hike, workout, and eat donuts, croissants, and sometimes real food, too.
I'm always looking to connect with people who are passionate about design, product strategy, and making the world a better place.
